 A customer must present confirmation that they bought the product from Loga Co., Ltd. or one of Loga's authorized dealers.

1. For small parts such as caster, shock absorber, or base frame 

Please send pictures or video showing the fault location along with a proof of purchase.

If replacement parts are required, Loga will send them.

2. For large parts such as backrest, seat, and other adjustable mechanisms

   Not covered by the warranty

1. The outside material of the chair, including the leather, fabric, thread, and memory foam, is stained, scratched, and ripped.
2. The product is altered without Loga Co., Ltd.'s permission.
3. The product is misused or purposefully damaged, contrary to what is stated in the product manual.
4. The product is used for commercial purposes, such as at events and internet cafés, among others.
5. Lack of a proof of payment to Loga Co., Ltd. or authorized Loga dealers
6. The warranty is no longer valid
